President
Humerlda is the president of Soutni, a foundation dedicated to rebuilding Haiti by providing quality education and nutritious food for children. Passionate about social change, Humerlda has focused on empowering Haiti's next generation through strategic partnerships and innovative programs. They believe in collective action to create a brighter future for Haiti, one child at a time.
Stephane PROPHETE
Vice-President
The Vice President of Soutni supports the President in leading the foundation's mission to provide education and nutritional support to children in Haiti. They oversee program development, manage partnerships, assist in fundraising efforts, and ensure efficient daily operations. The Vice President also represents the foundation in public forums and helps build strategic relationships to drive impact and growth.
Mayline CYRIL
Secretary
The Secretary of Soutni is responsible for maintaining the foundation's records, managing correspondence, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. They organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and help coordinate activities to support the foundation’s mission. The Secretary also assists in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and provides administrative support to the board and leadership team.
